The best way is to go see a doctor so that he can scrape off the dead skin to the root of the wart (paring) and then spray liquid nitrogen. This is usually done at least three times. No treatment is 100% effective.
You can try first salicylic acid from a pharmacy OTC. Apply 3 times a week in the evening and rub off in the morning with a pumice stone.
