Can I pop a Wart that has been frozen?

I went to my dermatologist yesterday (7/27) and she froze an extremely small wart with liquid nitrogen. It has since quadrupled in size and turned red and blue. She said it would "Fall Off". It is pretty painful too. Am I supposed to pop it with a needle? I give myself Allergy shots so could I just use an Allergy syringe to get whatever is inside, out?
