Insect Bite, Wart, or Something Else?

Okay so the other day I ran a good distance, when i woke up yesterday i had some pain in my heel like it was bruised or something, when i woke up today i still had it, and i felt a little bump on my heel, and when i got home from work i took a closer look and it likes like a tiny hole like i got poked by a needle or something, but right next to the hole is a tiny bump that feels embedded, when i squeeze it or walk on it it hurts… what could it be??

Do I have genital warts?

I am a 13 year old male. I have never had sex, but I have masturbated. When I pull the foreskin of my penis back, I can see a group of ‘cauliflower’ like bumps. When I stetch the skin there slightly, they pull apart. I know they’re not sweat glands because they’re grouped together. I am going to ask my dad when he get home, and hopefully make a doctors apointement, I just want to get a few opinions.

Additional info:
I have had them for about six months, but that’s when I noticed them. There are two clusters about 2 mm apart, and one of them takes up about a quarter of a square centimetre, and the other is a longer line, stretching about 0.75 cm and is about 0.25 wide, running up my penis.

Are normal warts associated with the HPV virus?

So i read somewhere on one of those "ask dr. whoever" websites that warts are associated with the HPV virus that causes cervical cancer. Are normal warts that can form on your hands, arms, or feet associated with that virus, and if so does this mean someone with a wart could be a carrier?

How to use ACV for a wart?

So I’ve been reading everywhere that apple cider vinegar is really good at getting rid of warts, and I’ve had this stubborn one on my knee for awhile so I tried it.

I’ve been applying a cotton ball soaked in ACV to the wart then covering it with a bandaid. After doing this for about 2 days, the wart was kind of white and mushy, so i used tweezers to remove to top layer. It came off really easily and so did other parts of the wart so now I’m left with kind of a crater-looking spot in my leg.. i put more ACV on that and its turned a very dark red/black color.

So my question is, am I doing this right? Will the ACV kill the rest of the wart? Should I try to remove more? How do I know when the wart’s gone?
