The blister seems most suspect. The other spots don't seem too worrisome (but do make sure you have them looked at again).

Some guys get little bumps on them that are reminiscent of moles or skin tags (and that's usually what they are). What you want to make note of, is anything that looks like cauliflower. Those are usually warts that require a lot of follow up care.

Make sure to not have any sexual contact until you can get this sorted out. Good luck!

Possibly a Staph infection, those things can happen to people totally randomly on any part of the body. Antibiotics will take care of that problem easily if that is what it is. More likely it is an allergic reaction to something, possibly latex, fabric softener, soap, or the ink on your clothing. Even if you haven't had any allergies before in your life, it's possible that you encountered something that could have triggered skin allergies. Have you changed soap recently, used a different fabric softener, bought new clothes(underwear), exposed to certain household chemicals, or anything like that? It's not uncommon for the genital area to show signs of allergic reaction before other parts of the body react.

You don't really have anything to worry about regarding STDs, but you should be on the lookout for any unusual allergic skin reactions.
