Does hair dye kill warts?

I helped my aunt dye her hair last weekend and got hair dye all over my upper fingers where I happened to have a wart. I never washed it off. The next morning my wart fell off. Was it because of the hair dye?

    Yes. Notice how it has a word ‘dye’ in it? It sounds like die when you say it doesnt it.

    Sounds painful.
    I’m sure it’s something to do with the chemicals in the hair dye. I wouldn’t do it again though xD.. it might be harming your skin.

    I don’t think hair dye removes warts but that’s an interesting reaction. I’d ask your doctor next time you go, they might be able to figure out why that happened.

    You’ll have to wait and see if it grows back though . . .
