I think it might be because I shaved, because it’s always bothered when I do.

I just asked this question today too. I had a bump down there after shaving as well. It may be an ingrown hair or something. I just chose the best answer and googled some pics. I’m pretty sure you don’t have any.
And I would NOT google the pics….. o-o

Genital warts or HPV typically will have a shape similar to cauliflower.
It could also be flesh colored or white.
It will eventually grow larger and look more mis-shapen as time goes on.
It typically won’t be smooth, symmetrical, red or irritated looking.
