They could if you are cross contaminating. Say if you scratched or touched a wart and then masturbated without washing your hands it could spread. It is the same rule with "cold sores" which are a type of herpes. If somebody has a cold sore you shouldn't let them eat you out because it can spread to your genital area. Always be careful about touching yourself without washing your hands first or letting somebody else touch you if they have signs of warts or herpes.

Some warts multiply, while others stay just as they are. This has more to do with the particular viral strain than with whether they were touched or treated.

If you leave warts alone, they will eventually go away.

Everyone is at risk for herpes simplex virus. According to the latest U.S. data from 1999 - 2004, 57.7% of Americans ages 14 – 49 years are infected with the HSV-1 virus, the main cause of oral herpes and some cases of genital herpes. About 17% of Americans in the same age range test positive for the HSV-2 virus, the main cause of genital herpes. Infection rates for both viruses have declined since the late 1980s. However, infection is lifetime, so once a person is infected, he or she remains infected.

To infect people, the herpes simplex viruses (both HSV-1 and HSV-2) must access the body through broken skin or a mucous membrane such as inside the mouth or on the genital area. Each virus can be carried in bodily fluids (such saliva, semen, fluid in the female genital tract) or in fluid from herpes sores. The risk for infection is highest with direct contact of blisters or sores during an outbreak.

Once the virus has contact with the mucosal surfaces or skin wounds, it begins to replicate. The virus is then transported within nerve cells to their roots where it remains inactive (latent) for some period of time. During latent periods, the virus is not transmissible. However, at some point, it often begins to replicate again without causing symptoms (called shedding). During shedding, the virus is again transmissible through bodily fluids and can infect other people. Shedding is an especially insidious stage because there are no sores or symptoms and it possibly accounts for about a third of all HSV-2 infections.

People with active symptoms of genital herpes are at very high risk for transmitting the infection. Unfortunately, evidence suggests about one-third of all HSV-2 infections occur during times when the virus is shedding but producing no symptoms. Herpes infection is incurable disease. If you are sexually active individual who engage in sexual intercourse without contraception, your risk in herpes is very high. Have STD Testing regularly at Local STD Testing Labs to keep an eye on your sexual health. The test given to the patient is confidential and accurate in nature.

no ! they can not! relax !:)

anyway if you have warts - you MUST get rid of them as soon as it is possible because warts are very contagious!!!

and if you really want to get rid of warts forever then you should know that you can remove warts by surgery, freezing, laser, acid or with cream but warts can reappear again and again because warts appears when your immune system is weak! so you must build up your immune system because your body can get rid of warts by itself if your immune system will be strong! so eat more healthy food, more vitamins and more sport activities!
(No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda's. Get on a good, balanced, healthy diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink P L E N T Y O F W A T E R , fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get 8 hours sleep each night. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good night's rest. Slack off too much coffee & tea.)

HPV is the virus that causes warts. And HPV virus has many strains. In your case you have HPV virus strain number 2. People can be infected with HPV and never show any symptoms. Others will develop warts. These warts can stay the same size, grow, or go away on their own. It depends on the infected person's immune system. A healthy immune system means your body may be able to suppress the virus and not show symptoms.

also you must use herbal treatment because you can not always live 100% healthy...!!!

in that case Wartrol is really good (probably the best) product that gets rid of warts comparatively fast and makes you feel more confident knowing that they wont reappear again! it says that it is designed for Genital Warts but it does not matter because warts are warts and wartrol works by stimulating your immune system to fight the HPV virus that causes the warts. of course it is better if you use full course (5 months - if I remember correctly).
( Wartrol is 100% safe because it contains 5 main ingredients which are safe - Black Sulphide of Antimony, Wild Yellow Indigo, Potassium Hydrate, Arbor Vitae (Tree of Life) and Nitricum Acidum (Nitric Acid) and those ingredients have no side effects!

It worked very fast and still works for me because I do not have wart outbreaks anymore!

And we also recommend it to our patients.
